KVT Fitness offers bespoke fitness opportunities to create a plan around the client. Offering circuit/fitness in the park classes, personal training and a private fitness studio.

KVT Fitness is the creation of fitness leader Keith Vertigan who left the Army with a vision of sharing his love of fitness with others. Keith started out by re-training in the fitness sector before setting up his first circuit class in 2016. Keith has worked with children and adults with additional needs, trained people with specific goals in mind, supported physical needs and led group fitness focussed on individual needs within the group training environment.
KVT Fitness believe that mental health is as important as physical health.

"During my 25 years in the Army I took part in training exercises and adventurous training all around the world. I became a leader in various disciplines many of which I have transferred to civilian qualifications since relocation.
I am an active volunteer for Woodley Food Bank, I worship at Salvation Army in Lower Earley, marshall at Woodley Parkrun, leader at 1st Woodley Beavers and take part in various run challenges throughout the year."
